How to improve the ranking of my EA product description?

I added "by accident" a Telegram url to my product description and the rating dropped from 400 to 1400.

Now, after removing it the bad rating remains the same.

Is there a way to improve it back to 400 ?

You have to wait at least 24 hours, sometimes as long as a few days, before the rating improves again.
