Freelance arbitration, an special case

I want to produce a case of arbitration which I have been faced that might be you had same experience in past or probably will face in future so that to know your reaction about it.
as a developer I had a job in almost 2 month ago, which is still I'm facing the dispute on it, technically the main goal of job has been done i.e. the entry/ exit rules the trade managements and so on.
my main concern and problem from what the customer mentioned in the requirement which it opens his hand to abusing me as a developer, by example in below I copy some lines:
the problem beginning when there is no criteria to satisfy then end of 10% in point "VII" or even "VI" and in regarding to "V" the customer is holding me as a slave and at the service of customer for almost one month without knowing the end. the problem never ended because once I do the modification and send the new version, customer has new (fresh )14 days and he can stay me on awaiting till all of those 14 days and at the end of 14 he ask for new modifications. so this sounds a bug in the logic of requirement to me but I don't know how is your comment.
I would be appreciated to know your comments. thanks
customer is using for loop in developer, it would be unending, bugs are supposed to be fixed when customer is friendly, I hope someone authorized may help you fix this dispute. Avoid accepting such jobs where there is 14 or more days payment holding request. Payment should be released asap as soon as developer provide source code. Its impossible to develop 100% bugless software. People in companies pay salary for each bug fixing, so you just got a bad customer.
that's fantastic word you said ! just we need to get relax and keep away from corners. but fact make me crazy is I really spent my time on it.

V) Developer to provide bug free EX5 version of MQ5 EA with source code and back test on 2 different pairs on completion. This is requested as I sometimes have trouble doing back test.
VI) Developer to provide detailed manual explaining each Variable/value. In case in the future I need to re visit, add more features. Also to ensure developers interpretation/definition of Variables is correct.
VII) As part of price pre agreed for project; developer agrees up to an additional 10% features/changes not specified in requirements. So e.g if 7 rules exist for Long and it’s Trade/Money Management, 1 additional rules allowed for existing set price to create EA.
PAYMENT: After accurate complete ex5 EA file submitted, payment will be released 14 days later, then developer releases code. This is in case of bugs missed by developer!? They will need correcting and re submission of ex5 file, which means 14 days wait starts over.
