Yes, various issues have been reported and according to a post by the admin a new update has been pushed out but awaiting review.

Good day. My iOS mobile version of MT5 underwent autoupdate to the latest version 5.0.3580 recently. Since then the app is not working as expected. There is flickering and frequent hanging. Is anyone else facing the same issue?
I tried clearing the cache, reinstalling the app, restarting the phone etc but no luck so far. Am just wondering if I will have to switchover to Android phone. Kindly help
