i want to move subscribtion to new account once again

my problem is signal not working in my account because symbol  from provider is GOLD but my account  GOLDmicro  not match
and I try to move subscription to new account  , I can not change because "subscibtion can be move no more than once a week "

How can I do this?

It may not work because your broker is having more than one symbol for GOLD, or because margin calculation type for Gold symbol is not a Forex.
So, why did you select the broker (account) which is having those limitations?

It is related to the mapping:

The Provider has trading symbol called GOLD, and my broker has the same instrument, but it is called XAUUSD. Are trades on GOLD copied to XAUUSD in that case?

  • Margin calculation type is checked for each remaining symbol - if it is Forex, a symbol is considered to be suitable. Symbols of CFD, Futures or other calculation types are discarded.
  • If no symbols remain after conducting all the checks or more than one symbol is found, it is considered that a symbol mapping attempt has failed and it is impossible to copy Provider's trades for that symbol.

    Yes, you move your signal subscription to the other trading account, but only once a week.
    You can write to the service desk to support team but I do not know any exeptions of that rule sorry.
