change default periods of a trendline type?

I've discussed this through the support email. But since english is not my native language , guess I didn't make it clear...
Anyway, please have a look at this:
In MT4, after I draw a trendline, say a Arrow Up, I can define on what timeframes it will show by changing "visualization" properties. But this change can only be made to a specific arrow. I want to know if I can change the default of one type of trendline(say Arrow Up), that is, every Arrow Up that I draw in the future will only show in 15min and 30min charts.
I worked on this for a while. I guess there could be solutions... maybe in template--layers..... ?
Any response will be appreciated.
Btw, I want to make Arrow Up and Arrow Down different colors. But I found that after changing color of an arrow into red(or any), all the future arrows , including Up and Down, will be red (or any). Is it a bug?
