Problem solved with the log file "powered by battery, skip connection to MQL5 Cloud Network".

Could you explain how you solve the problem its seems like have the same issue.

My laptop under Windows 11 disconnect from cloud .

He realized the reason it wasn't connecting is because his laptop was on battery power, so he plugged it in.

The laptop with 13th Gen Intel Core i7-13620H has only 49 PR.

If the PR is below 100, the MQL5 Cloud Network will practically never use it.  If the PR is below 200, it won't get certain jobs.  49 is incredibly low—perhaps you're running the Power Saver power profile.  That CPU is the "H" (high performance laptop) series and should be scoring at least three times as high if it was working properly.

The main diff with others PC is just that is with windows 11.
Because the log looks nice, but cloud still disconnected.

Startup Windows 11 build 26100, 16 x 13th Gen Intel Core i7-13620H, AVX2, 8 /15 Gb memory, 610 / 931 Gb disk, UAC, admin, GMT-6

You only have 15 GB of usable RAM in the laptop, and half of it is already in use, leaving only 8 GB available—barely enough for 4 agents (2 GB per agent bare minimum; 3-4 GB/agent is better).

If the MQL5 Cloud Network encounters any issues using your PC (or your PC isn't reliably available), the server may ban it for hours, resulting in "Network disconnected" in the log file and disconnected state shown in the Agents Manager.  Correct the three issues I pointed out above and it should start connecting within a day or two.
