Exporting MQL5 payment operations

In your MQL5 profile, under Payments, there is a table with your history of top-ups and payments for Signals, VPS, etc.

I want to export it to a database. Can you get this table as a CSV? Or can you access this data from inside an MQL5 program? It appears that the only option I have is to read it from the webpage.

Correct! You can only access it from the webpage under your profile.
