Is there any profitable engulfing strategy that is working with sl and tp.

There is no strategy for retail traders without SL or TP. Else it's not a strategy.

Engulfing is a candle pattern, and it can be part of a strategy that's successful.

Order Blocks are more and more common, and they are also including engulfing pattern.

So that could be used as part of a strategy.

As said, engulfing is just a candle pattern, a simple one on top, composed of two candles.

A candle pattern is not a strategy. You need much more than a pattern composed from two candles.
