The Expert Advisor does not trade itself. It just tried to close an existing position with a market order, but its stop-loss triggered earlier (the stop-loss order hung on the broker's server, and the Expert Advisor sent its order from your terminal, as a result, the order on the server triggered faster). As a result, the order sent to the server did not cover the existing position, but opened a new one. The situation was aggravated by the opening of the market, as this is the moment when a very large number of orders are executed simultaneously by the exchange and there is a very serious slippage.

Maybe I should add a button to the Expert Advisor, "reset all".

There are cases when you trade half a day in one office, and then half a day in another office.

Risk Manager worked perfectly in 2015. But in 2016 from 01.01.01 the trading balance stopped updating (it is displayed as of 31.12.2015) How to cure?

 
It is necessary to delete global variables in which the Expert Advisor stores its data and everything will be normal again until next year). You can do it this way: menu Service/Global variables. And delete 2 variables such as "your account number_Balance" and "your account number_Time", that's all. It can be fixed in the code, I just don't have time now.
