how to prevent the market watch screen from opening in MT4, or orders from being placed from with the order window by code

Is there a way to make the market watch screen inaccessible from MT4? Or if not that, disable market orders from being placed with code?

  3. Click on the AutoTrading button. Or, Tools → Options (control+O) → Expert Advisors → Allow automated trading unchecked

  4. The order window has nothing to do with code.
