pls!! help me, MT4 doesn't connect to signal provider!

Please, someone could tell me why I always have this in the Journal:

Signal-connecting to signal server
Signal-connecting to signal server

I cannot connect!

 I activated all permission also in Signal task, please if you know tell me!

 I used alpari and robotforex, with different signals, but nothing works

Probably best to report it to the Service Desk

Service desk very slow to respond. I think they ought to have a faster response rate. I have already missed several trades as i wait for them to resolve similar issue.

Someone who knows a way around this mess should update us
