Moody's is ahead of Forex by 75 minutes

Is this another 100% grail for 75 minutes ahead of everything knows - yes it can not be - or another joke like a gift for men on 23 February and again back to the future.
 
Actually Sinse qoute srart works: =2,3, and here it is 11min - you can bet your whole paycheck??????
 
Author, what am I doing wrong? My bars are not drawn...I can't understand what's going on and how to set up the owl. please explain, in detail, to understand.
 

you wrote it all wrong, nothing happens, can you describe in detail how to configure it?

 

I drew the bars to understand the algorithm of work.

The robot works like this:

After opening the Regulator session it waits 75 minutes - to load the "future" traffic then it searches for trands and opens as in the picture.

Most likely 75 minutes is not a constant and I suggest to put 90 minutes for now. (this is the Metatrader's Ahead (min.) parameter).

Nothing happens at all! Not after 90 minutes, not after three days. Everything is done and set up according to your recommendations.
