any way to move the display panel of indicator on MT4?

To move the panel position, press keyboard "m" for 1 - 2 seconds, after key "m" released, click left mouse at the desired area.

If the button does not work, probably you are not extracting harmontrad.csv yet. Please follow the instruction at the first of this discussion(the answer for "DGK754900") , step by step.

Thanks for your answer. The indicator works fine in build 950 but the following buttons do not work.I tried to recompile it.but MetaEditor shows errors. After returning to build  950 it works fine again.I did not change the position of the CSV or something else it refuses to work after upgrading the terminal.
