The 24h test time for the VPS (https://www.mql5.com/en/vps/forex-plans) has it been dropped?

I can't find it neither on the a.m. page nor in the rules: https://www.mql5.com/en/vps/rules

I've been asking myself if this is supposed to be so and would like to know if that is considered a bug.
