So in 10 years' time, we won't mean anything either ?

It turns out that yes. In 10 years what is happening now will be of low value, and in 20 years even less.
When analysing charts it is important to consider the "force" acting on the price, and the "force" depends on the orders placed. Few people hold orders for six months, much less several years.

What do orders have to do with it? A trader is a puppy who is chasing an elephant and so are hedge funds etc... The elephant is the price and the past is the time in which the price moves into the future .....
I don't mean the trader's orders. For me there are three entities in the market: the trader (i.e. me), the broker and the "set" of other traders. I mean the orders of the "set". It is desirable to see them - mentally.
How do I see them?
