No, using MQL5's Virtual hosting has nothing to do with optimisations.

If you want to pay for faster optimisations then use the MQL5 Cloud Network services from the Strategy Tester's [Agents] tab.

That cannot be answered in simple terms. It depends on how many passes you intend to run, how many agents are available on the network at the time, how fast each agent is, etc.

All I can say is that it is MUCH faster. I can also say that it is also difficult to estimate the costs.
