How can a complex be debugged very well when functionality is constantly being added to it live? It can only become fine-tuned when it has been in operation for a couple of years in several large DCs. That is in a year or two. =)

I share the concerns. Until I get a normal date from the trading floor, with a normal tumblr, not the whole thing like alpari - I won't give up the old programs.
 

Read the history of updates to any successful software - they happen all the time. Those who stop are quick to go off the rails.

Metatrader 4 had a high update rate too. Metatrader 5 has a higher rate due to more intensive investment in new functionality development.

By the way, open the MT5 demo on the MetaQuotes-Demo server (just add a server with that name in the server selection window when opening an account) and enable the GBOT instruments subsection - you will see a direct price feed from this exchange, including tumblers.

We have received permission to broadcast real streams from this exchange. Hopefully we will soon announce the brokers who have enabled trading on GBOT via MT5.

 
You're approaching the task as a technician, and there's another problem. Well, MT5 does not look like a stock exchange terminal now. As a tricked-out and improved four - yes, but not as a stock exchange. There is no doubt, technical and software solutions are probably on the top, but as a place for the stockbroker the same hated Quick surpasses the fifth.

We'll see how it turns out this time. Just in case, mt3 and mt4 are ideologically homogeneous terminals. But a full-fledged stock exchange terminal is something else entirely. It is not enough just to bolt the glass to the programme, people used to do this for quadruple as well.
