Alpari's voracious terminals - page 5

ok... got it...

The EUR/USD chart has 5 windows open. There are 5-7 indices in each one.

Is it possible to solve the problem as on the picture without rewriting the codes of the indices? My PC keeps swapping and the terminal does not fully open.

Obviously not enough RAM. 1GB, Pentium-4 CPU at the moment.

You can. Change all the brains, starting with the stone.

Exactly, at least to 10-15k bars

Hmm... reduced the number of bars in the history and in the terminal window to 5,000 and... it worked!

CPU load has almost halved. Thanks for the tip.

In this state, the terminal is rendered unmanageable... It does not hang, but it hardly responds to control, and the system is terribly slow

Too many calculations and it hangs - miracles never happen.

Put on CUDA and transfer all calculations there and nothing will slow down.

Too many calculations and it hangs - no such thing as a miracle.

Put on CUDA and transfer all calculations there and nothing will slow down.

That's an absurd set of words :) . To be expected, though.
