Price data from MT4/5

Is it possible to take a feed of pricing from MT4/5 to feed my app? If so how?

This would be for FX, commodities and indexes. Equities would be a plus if anyone knows where I can find this data

What exactly do you mean by your "app"?

Please be more clear, as nobody knows what your "app" is.

It is simply a basic application that charts pricing. The app isnt important, its whether you can extract pricing from MT4 easily enough?
