You are trying to prove once again that it is as natural for an official to steal as for a mother to feed a baby. In our country not everyone is drafted, some people bribe their son to enroll him in the army ... We do not have shortages there, the enlistment office rejects people who are not in good health, they mostly take people who have higher or secondary education and they do not have any problems.
