Shmonder:

...with theft is no different. For some, it's a real salvation...

can I give you an example?

I will never tire of saying that the current theft in Russia has been brought up for decades and almost with the milk of the mother.
Here is an amusing example:

Seems like a small thing, BUT! If it's in a shoe polish factory, it's full of shoe polish. It's like a matter of course!

moskitman: I will not get tired to say that the current theft in Russia was brought up for decades and almost with the milk of the mother...

yep, google it: Resolutions of the CEC and CPC of the USSR of August 7, 1932 "On the protection of the property of state enterprises, collective farms and cooperatives and strengthening public (socialist) property".

You are trying to prove once again that it is as natural for an official to steal as for a mother to feed a baby. It is a pity that the guilty and the innocent were indiscriminately arrested, the law and order structures ran amok - this is what is typical of Russia - we cannot take this away from us.

Igor, you are always twisting things around: first I say that it is shameful to program, then suddenly I say that it is natural for an official to steal.

Okay, I will not bother, although the more I live in our country, the more I am amazed at how public opinion changes: what yesterday was shameful, tomorrow may be prestigious: something like in the last century they said, spitting, "slut", now they respectfully say: "married well" ;)

This is true, and conscription is another example: if before "if you did not serve, you are not a man", now "if you did not serve, you are a loser", and there are many more examples to give.

In our country not everyone is drafted, some people bribe their son to enroll him in the army ... We do not have shortages there, the enlistment office rejects people who are not in good health, they mostly take people who have higher or secondary education and they do not have any problems.

We do not have an under-recruitment rate, the military registration and enlistment office can't write them off at all, even though they are healthy, they mostly take those who have at least some higher or secondary technical education, and they take them without any problems.

Where is that?
