I have read the work of the multi-points (as the TA creators have dubbed themselves, and I use some of it in my own work). They use what has already been written and presented by others, but with a little bit of their own interpretation. The program does not build the model correctly, the last screenshot of the Economist does not show the rule of no intersection of the 2 and 4 bars. And where they also say that "all the models with crossovers of candlestick bodies are trend continuation models" and the widening model is shown, which is a reversal model, as I understand it.
I will also insert my 5 kopeck. It should be noted right away that the program does not build the models correctly, but I am not able to use it. It shows a lot of models and I have to choose one from them.
I think that the problem is not with the quotes, but with the fact that there were two versions to download on the site, maybe we have different versions.

The automation of the pattern building process implies that the automatic pattern building rules are followed, so it seems to be able to ignore the 3 and 7 bar rules as well.
