Start -> Control Panel -> Add/Remove Programs

Uninstall ALL terminals you have.

I deleted all the terminals. I rebooted the computer.
 
In Explorer on the C drive in Program Files (C:\Program Files), see if there are any folders named MetaTrader, Alpari, etc.? All the folders with names that in any way resemble the terminal and the broker.

Delete. Right-click on the folder - delete.

Explorer - Tools - Folder properties - View - Show hidden files and folders (check the box)

C:\Documents and Settings\User name

Looking for Application Data and Local Settings - here we are looking for the folders that the terminal has left behind
