дело в том, что в любой мультивалютной корзине, как связанной так и "от балды" присутствуют элементы поведения, не свойственнные отдельно взятому инструменту.
некоторые из них - это "резонанс" и в то же время потрясающая инерционность. Вот они-то как раз скорее всего и обусловлены перечисленными Вами явлениями, хотя я не уверен.

If I am right, there are two possibilities:
1. The TS does not have positive MA because it does not take into account all the factors.
2. the TS has positive MA, because the system keeps adequacy by abstracting away from "unnecessary" factors
Either you are right and the system works.

Just because a server has logged a request does not mean that the person in charge of authorising the transaction will jump out of bed and run. They come to work in the morning and solve the situation.
Each bank has its own amounts. If the bank is in forex, the trading team has specific working hours. There may be a branch in Singapore, but there is a threshold of amounts that the branch will not be given without approval.
The small stuff is of course round the clock.

То, что сервер зафиксировал запрос, не означает, что лицо ответственное за разрешение этой операции соскочит с постели и побежит. Прийдет утром на работу и разрулит ситуацию.
У каждого банка свои суммы. Если банк работает на форекс, то у трейдерской команды конкретные рабочие часы. Может быть филиал в в Сингапуре, но есть порог сумм, которые без согласования филиалу не дадут.
По мелочи, конечно круглосуточно.

Ты просто попробуй ночью со своего счета провести какой-либо платеж на счет в другом банке. Даже небольшой и даже в пределах одного населенного пункта. Тебе напишут, что заявка принята. Что операция будет завершена после открытия банка и тебе укажут время.
А операции на форексе это операции не с банком, а с брокером. Игроки, пусть это будет Citybank, хеджфонд или NiKkel, имеют счет у брокера и работают в границах своих счетов, которые являются внутренними для брокера. Ты как в казино имеешь фишки круглосуточно, но живые деньги (в смысле поток ввод-вывод и контроль, последконтроль), в отличие от казино,только днем. И вообще читать рекламу вредно для психики.
