What exactly is it? (What is the powerful message?)
On the website: ISM - Institute for Management Support. They produce all sorts of products for managers: books, training cds, etc. They hold conferences on professional issues of managers, job search service, training courses for managers, various articles on ethics in business, magazines.
By request for forex on this site they found only one article dated May of 2005 where they mention trading (it's something like that).

ISM - Институт поддержки менеджмента. Выпускают всякие продукты для менеджеров: книги, обучающие cd и т.д. Проводят конференции по профессиональным вопросам менеджеров, сервис поиска работы, обучающие курсы для управленцев, всякие статьи на тему этики в бизнессе, журнальчики.
По запросу forex на сайте нашлась только одна статья от мая 2005г. где упоминается о трейдерстве (что мол есть такое).
