Looks like this indicator was right. But only with such a lag it is more likely to warn against serious mistakes than give signals for trading.

Absolutely don't understand his signals, and the rest is simple: the yellow line is the key level, the thicker the line, the more important the level, the blue dashes are targets for selling and buying.
