MT4 Expert Advisor placing orders within range

Does any one know of any MT4 expert advisor that can place order within a certain range?

Here's an example:

Let's say when I drop the EA on to the chart it will open up a pop up dialog asking for me to enter in the lowest price and the highest price, each order should be separated by how many pips apart?

Option: choose buy or choose sell order to place.

Each order should increase by how many pips: I enter in 2

lowest price: I manually entered in 1.11120

highest price: I manually entered in 1.11130

The EA then automatically place pending orders of 1.11120, and 1.11122, 1.11124, 1.11126 until it reach the highest price of 1.11130
