MT4 RSI Expert Advisor

Does anyone know how to write an Expert advisor MT4 RSI ?

I want the EA to automatically place a buy order of 0.01 lot when the RSI hit 20, then take profit if price move up more than 5 pips.

I also want the EA to automatically place a sell order of 0.01 lot when the RSI hit 70, then take profit if price move down more than 5 pips.

So far, I only found the RSI EA for MT5, but not for the MT4.

Can someone reply to this thread and display the code on here

Thanks for the tip, but I want this one to be open source, so I will invite other programmers to this thread to create this EA for free for everyone.
