Judging by the code and ultra-detailed description - it's a semi-finished TC based on Camarilla, about which Dr.Smirnoff wrote. I am grateful for any information.

Let's get back to the touch for now. A clean touch is rare. More often it is a breakdown by a few pips and then a return-move...
Question: let's define what is "a few pips", say in terms of % of the next range. For example, if it is up to 10% - we consider it to be a rebound. If it is more than that - we consider it a breakdown.
When H3 is touched, the movement can go further, up to H4, then go back and only then head to the opposite side of the range.
This is logical: H3 coincides with the fibo-level 38.2, whereas H4 coincides with the level 61.8. Therefore a breakdown of H3 (but not beyond H4) with the subsequent return is quite correct.

If H4 is broken through (but how can it be determined?), then we open outwards to H5."Touch + move" is a classical variant of working by Camarilla. In the original it is even recommended to just place the pendants.
I prefer to wait for confirmation from the MACD + Stochastic after the touch and then open in the range.
It is more difficult to break through the H4 to the outside. I have a lot of false-breaks. I have not found a reliable method to determine the veracity yet.
