There is a way out, find someone who will do it for money.... Agree that I will not find anyone for free for these repairs
Few people agree to work for free as well as to write programs, especially professionals will not write for free ... as a rule those who have nothing to do, learn to program who have no experience and want to "get their hand in the game" but the quality will be about the same.
Maybe then it will be easier to screw one of the attached indicators to the German as a determinant of trade direction?
yes of course it's better to go to the author... he may have posted it for free and will probably fix it for free
There's only one problem to solve in this case - financial
