the story is indeed offensive, imho...
But I still propose to return to the subject of colour blind people: do you think that if it had said "hello colour blind people" the meaning would have changed? I think not, because the person who is colour blind simply will not read it, though it is written about him - the colour blind. So what is the difference? In the wording?
