Trader's club?
Trader's clubs are forums. :)
Creation of teams of peers to develop trading systems is a lost cause and leads to loss of time.
You either need to hire the right people or do everything yourself (if you cannot afford to pay specialists).
The creation of peer-to-peer teams to develop trading systems is a waste of time.
Have you experienced this before?
I wonder too, I think it is possible to create a very good trading system 'together'.
I agree that it is much harder to fight the market alone :)
It is not easy without personal contact with like-minded people. I have friends who trade and write experts and indicators, but there is no talk of joint projects.
We meet up, chat away from our wives, and that's it.
We can also drink beer, so to speak, pleasant and useful. :)

where the latest news from the stock market channels are broadcasted, something like a sports bar...

Eh, I've had enough of relaxation and good chatter on general topics. I wish I had serious opponents, with arguments, like S.K. and Matemat, that's what I miss. Otherwise you get bogged down in your own thoughts and marketing from books.

The idea is not to "pour the plums" :))), but to gather people like that in one place. :)
On one brokerage house forum there was almost a serious discussion about the possibility of opening something like a cafe for traders in Moscow. There were even some business plans drawn up... The idea stalled...
The idea has stalled) Now Alex will earn the first million, will switch from speculation to investment, and organize a place for get-togethers. It will be fun.

Every community has its own interest clubs, e.g. bikers have theirs, aviators have theirs, etc...
Do traders have something similar? If so, please send coordinates, if not, why not create one?
Or it is not possible due to individual approach?
