Purchased EA with remaining activations still shows up as BUY on MT4 running on another computer

I recently purchased a Point Zero Trading EA (Trade Manager Pro) from the Market and installed it on one computer. I have 4 activations remaining. I went to install it on another computer but it doesn't say DOWNLOAD, only BUY. What steps can I take to resolve this?

did you added your MQL5 account details at Tools\Options\Community of the new terminal?

 

Please check your Journal tab if there was a successful login to MQL5.com.

If not, your terminal is unable to check which products you've already bought.
