What's the connection between silent computers and forex? You can connect anything with anything. They just make sure that the advertising is sane.

In 2007 the first version was with external heatsink, since 2013 there's a new version with cooler 22nm processors, so the heatsink can be placed inside, i.e. it doesn't ruin the marketable look of the computer.
