Why customers need to be careful of many Vendors.

I have purchased many indicators from this site.  Over 100.   Am I not a good customer to MQL??

Once again, I purchased an indicator that was removed/replaced AFTER a review was posted.  Why post a review if they are able to remove or manipulate ? In this case, I gave a poor review to the iPump.  What did the Vendor do?  They removed the indicator and replaced it with a different look and a different price.  This continues to happen so customers are unaware of the product quality.  What does it matter if we write a review to warn another customer and MQL will NOT see to it they are not banned?

Another Vendor did the same thing to me in which I purchased an indicator and it was removed AFTER the review was posted.  What is a customer to do when there is no accountability?   Do our reviews even matter to help our fellow traders?

I have posted a pic of ther indicator I purchased and the subsequent page that shows the indicator is no longer available and the 3rd pic shows the "new" indicator with no bad review I posted.

It is the procedure from the service desk (which I am using every time when I am installing fresh/new Metatrader instance or I am using new computer for example):

Even if a Market product is removed from the showcase, those who already purchased it, can install it anytime from their MetaTrader terminal (Market \ Purchased section).

In case you don't see the product on the list of your purchases in the terminal, try the following:

  1. Close all your MetaTrader terminals
  2. Go to C:\Users\{user name}\AppData\Roaming\MetaQuotes\Terminal\Community
  3. Delete all files starting from mql4.market.* and mql5.market.*
  4. Open MetaTrader terminal
  5. Try to install product again

Once a software product has been sold, if Seller needs to delist or discontinue it the product should appears in a public archive page linked to Seller's product page.

I's a marketing design flaw, not unheard of in this trade.
