I also have a problem.i accidently recharged my mql5 profile thinking that it was for topping up my trading account. I cannot withdraw the money and I have sent a request asking that to refund my money but they still haven't responded. What should I do. I just want my money back
Wait for the Service Desk reply, normally you can't withdraw non earned funds from your MQL5 account.
