Most likely NZDXXX pairs but it depends on the broker. (Some have different minimal volumes and different margin requirements for minor currencies)
AUDXXX and CADXXX come next.
As for the minimum deposit... 10 bucks for a cent account.
What is the point of such a question?
You will not going to learn to trade by trading a $10 or $20 real trading account, start experimenting with a demo account and if and when you get the grasp of it, open a small real account but not the minimum, because you will not be able to trade properly and you will lose it on margin stop outs.
You calculate it, by looking up 'margin requirements for the pairs", you are considering.
