How can I get a refund from my credits, I have a balance available but when I go to withdraw it says no money available to withdraw. This is from a host service that I cancelled.

You can't withdraw non-earned funds from your MQL5 account, you can use it to buy/rent products or services in this website.

It is impossible because mql5 forum profile/account and trading account with broker are different accounts which are not connected with each other:

This is impossible because MQL5 forum account/profile and the trading accounts are two different accounts related to completely different companies:
MQL5 forum account/profile is related to MetaQuotes, and the trading account is related to the broker you selected for your trading money.
