Synchronization problem hosting

Good evening everyone. I try sync my hosting but this message appears:
Virtual Hosting: 2452 failed to connect to server 'United Kingdom' (199.59.206.34:443 failed)
Can anyone help me? 
My broker is Activtrades.

Hello, I had the same problem weeks ago he requested help MQL5 and Host support, recommend me to read the instructions in the forum. Well I was not happy in the results, follow everything according to the help forum, but the answer was always the same, not synchronized. After   attempts for weeks and no connection made. I decided  to cancel. Logico I paid $ 10.00 for my mistake. If this can help you ?? Better luck next.
