There is no such thing as a "TEXT LABEL."

There are text objects and label objects. Use the correct one. create anchored labels - MQL4 programming forum (2017)

OBJ_TEXT is fixed on the chart by time and price.

OBJ_LABEL is fixed on the chart by X Y pixels and does not move as you scroll the chart.
