What are some important questions to ask when looking for a coder to build your EA?

There's no magic question to ensure that you'll be having a good job.

I normally prefer a russian coder cause they are very productive, having many products in the market.

Then, there are people looking just for the money or maybe just looking for a good idea to improve on their own letting you a poor job.

Try to avoid that scams, I suggest you trying to find a coder on your own language or contact someone via PM.
