- There are autotrading by trading robot.
Trading robot = EA (because EA is the term, and the robot is newbie slang language). - And there are the signals.
1- Are they signals which I can see the signals and do in my trading strategies or they are it will automatically act in my account?
If you subscribe to the signal so it should automatically act on your account.
2- If so, for using this copy-trading, how should I charge my account? through MQL account or my broker's account? How can I pay the auto trading's cost?
MQL5 account has nothing to do with trading account. You should find the broker.
3- As I know in signals' filtering, we can filter the broker server. Do I need to use a server that matches my broker (e.g. Alpari)?
It is recommended to use same broker and same trading account type with the sigmal provider.
4- for using this signals, do I need to purchase any other thing from market e.g. application, signals, expets, indicators, libraries, ....?

Unfortunately, I'm not expert in using robots for my account, so, I kindly ask you to help me for using the robots correctly.
As I found, in Signals section in above menu list of MQL there are some traders which I can use their strategy in my trade account. but there are some confusion and issues in my mind:
1- Are they signals which I can see the signals and do in my trading strategies or they are it will automatically act in my account?
2- If so, for using this copy-trading, how should I charge my account? through MQL account or my broker's account? How can I pay the auto trading's cost?

I answer your questions too, just in case:
1. If you subscribe to a signal, its trades will be copied automatically on your trading account.
2. You need some money into your MQL5 account here in this website, in order to pay for the monthly subscription fee (plus VAT if applicable) and the MQL5 VPS which is necessary for smooth copying. The money that you will trade with, you need to have it in your broker trading account.
3. Its best to use signal provider's own broker, but you can use other broker/servers setups too, you can check the Slippage tab of the signal for best ones, green & upper yellow values are best, lower yellow are OK, orange and red are to be avoided.
4. You will need to purchase a MQL5 VPS subscription, as I mentioned in the first answer, for smooth copying and in order to avoid power and network dissruptions.
Sergey has provided you with all the useful links you need to go through with your signal subscription.
