I did not want to post my request as a job just yet, because then I'd automatically have to add a budget to it.
I first wanted to know if it's A) possible and B) if there at all are developers on this forum that can make this happen.
Possibly a nobrainer question, but I'm not a developer, so I just had to ask without the question being tied to a budget.

I'm wondering if anyone of you could tell me if it's possible to have a developer from this MQL5 forum create me a program that scans the Telegram Signal channels I'm following for latest messages and if it shows wording like the following down below, it will instantly place those 3 trades with a lot size (or perhaps even incremental risk percentage based lot size) of my choosing. In the example below it would recognize the word sell and 3 TakeProfits as well as 1 StopLoss. But it should also be capable of placing pending trades such as Stops and Limits. Would this all be possible?
