Push notifications when offline

Hey guys, am new to MT4 platform. I was wondering if it is possible to set and get alerts pushed to my mlq5 registered phone even if am not online on the desktop terminal. For example, I set an alert price of 110.20 for the USDJPY pair and right after that I go on with my daily activities expecting to get notified when the price hits that level. I noticed that it doesn't push any alert messages to my phone. So Is there something that I haven't set properly or its just how Mt4 platform works?

this is impossible...

the Pushing Notification function can only work on MT4/5 platform, so you have to keep your MT4/5 running online. or how can it send notif...

this is more like that, you want to send a text msg to your friend, but your phone is not online...
