And here here is more detailed. Are you trying to take virtual hosting in the terminal from a local computer?

windows 7 32 bit . Internet Explorer version 11 , but I use chrome. Antivirus 360 total security.

That's it! Found the reason! Virtual hosting is not available for 32 bit operating systems. You need a 64 bit system.
