New client login issue demo acc

hi. I downloaded Demo-MT4 on iPhone successfully and login without problem
however i am having login issue on windows desktop . tried many times and believe type correctly the login number and password.. still error 'invalid '
i have no clue what went wrong.

First make sure you are selecting the correct trading server name.
Also, depending on the Broker or type of account, some accounts created on the Mobile Device do not work on the Desktop terminal.
Check with your broker and create a demo account that works on all terminal types.
