Thanks for using the indicator. Actually, there is no mistake. Sometimes, the mathematical definition of fractal diverges from your intuition. For example, a candle is considered an up fractal with neighborhood radius of 2, if its high is greater than the highs of the two neighboring candles before and after it. Check the condition corresponding to your situation and you will see that it is satisfied.
