What is "purchased history"?
is it your profile here https://www.mql5.com/en/users/50cc294d/market ?

  • If you purchased the product using your mql5 forum profile so your product should be in your profile here https://www.mql5.com/en/users/50cc294d/market
  • If you purchased the product using paypal or Visa card so you should wait when the money will come from your ban to mql5 bank (usually - from 1 day to the several days).

The info given by Sergey is, however, helpful. Payments made with PayPal or Visa can take several working days to be processed. A piece of info that could help somebody else  from the community questiong why the purchase does not immediately appear in the Purchases section.

    Login into your MQL5 account with your 50cc294d login and NOT your email or facebook, make sure that you have Internet Explorer or Microsoft Edge installed in your computer, that you use a 64-bit MT5 terminal (if it is MT5 you are using) and then go down in the Market tab of the Terminal/Toolbox window, click the Purchased option on the left side and then the blue Install button of the product you want to use.

    I really have a problem, I have deposited $50 into my mql5 account but now I am unable to buy the EA.  

    I see a message at the top of "Financial Operations Limited"  See attachment.

    When I log into my mt4 and go to "Market" and want to buy the item, after selecting the payment method as MQL5, I get an error message.

    Please see all screen shots attached.


    Can you please clarify what is the next step?
