I have just subscribed to a Signal but I am unable to receive it because my brokerage has a dot at the end of the currency pair as in XAGUSD. instead of XAGUSD how can this be rectified other than changing brokerages. My broker cannot change it just for one person.
It is related to the mapping. It means: the broker is having 2 or more symbols for Silver, or this symbol is not a forex symbol (and it was estimated/installed by the broker).

1. Accept all the symbols in the Market Watch.
2. ".. symbol not found" issue is related to the mapping.
read post #7 about mapping.
3. Also, read the following thread in case this symbol is not a forex symbol in specification:
