UK FCA is a good regulator, no worse than US SEC.
How can I find out if a broker is trustworthy? e.g.: They won't run away with my money.
I did a online chat with a broker. They told me :
"Forextime is regulated by CySEC under license number 185/12 and registered with the UK FCA under reference number 600475 "
Is it enough assurance? Why?
Does firm in US have more credibility because of the US SEC regulation?
Not really , I being from USA do not recommnend anyone to get a USA broker to many rules regulations , I have experience with a few brokers I think are really good gonna just mention 2 here forexbrokerinc.com that is a good broker and they accept us residents and a lot of times the give bonuses I personally like to try brokers out if possible went they give a bonus before investing mi own, I also use another broker XM.com never had a problem either , I hope it helps goodluck
