You said that you paid for 6 months and now you say that your subscription ended.

What of these 2 is the truth?

If your 6 month subscription has ended what is the problem?

 

I think he means that he paid for six Months but that the subscription ended after one Month.

Simon did you check the autorenew checkbox in the subscription settings ?

If he paid for 6 months after the initial subscription ended, he has to do the initial setup again:
